During your first session, our physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment to understand your medical history, current condition, and goals. This will be followed by a personalized treatment plan (manual therapy, exercise prescription, education etc) tailored to your needs.

No, a referral is not required to book an appointment with us. However, if your insurance provider requires a referral for coverage, please check with them in advance.

Physiotherapy sessions typically range from 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the condition and the specific needs of the patient as outlined in their individualized treatment plan.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement. For example, shorts and a T-shirt are ideal. Please wear covered sports shoes.

Please bring any relevant medical records, imaging reports (such as X-rays or MRIs), a list of medications you are currently taking, and your insurance information. Please complete the compulsory online questionnaire before your visit.

Physiotherapy should not be painful. However, some treatments, such as manual therapy and dry needling, may cause a dull aching sensation. Our physiotherapists will ensure that you are comfortable throughout your sessions.

We accept various payment options, including credit/debit cards. Please contact our reception team for more details.

Yes, many insurance providers cover physiotherapy services. Precision Physiotherapy Clinic does not offer direct billing; however, an invoice will be provided after your session for you to submit for claims.

Physiotherapy is covered under Personal Accident Insurance (PA), Travel Insurance, Pre and Post-Hospitalisation Insurance, Corporate Insurance and Benefits.

Please do check your eligibility and required documents (i.e. Doctor’s referral letter), take note of your claim period and coverage amount, clarify if co-payment is required. Our Physiotherapist upon request, can provide relevant documents to update your insurer, company and/or Doctors on your treatment plan and progression.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our reception team (WhatsApp: +65 8083 2293) at least 24 hours in advance. Alternatively, you may click on the cancellation link in your confirmation email. This allows us to accommodate other patients and manage our schedule effectively. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we encourage clients to reach out promptly to discuss their situation. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of $130, while no-shows without prior notification may incur a fee of $260. Clients who wish to appeal these fees due to exceptional circumstances may contact our reception team directly for consideration.

To access manual therapy, you must be seen by our physiotherapist to determine readiness or benefit in receiving manual therapy as an adjunctive treatment to physiotherapy. Alternatively, you must complete the online questionnaire before your manual therapy visit while having physiotherapy consultations concurrently. Failure to complete the questionnaire or have concurrent consultations may result in a decline of services.

Note: Manual therapy conducted by our manual therapist consist of: Sports/Clinical Massage, Myofascial Release, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Medical Cupping, Recovery, System Compression, Electrotherapy and Shockwave Therapy. Dry Needling and Joint Adjustments are exclusively provided by our Physiotherapist.
