Clinical Best Practice Guidelines

- Best Practice Guidelines for Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty (RTSA) Patients (2023): In-service presentation in collaboration with orthopaedic surgeons on diagnosis and management of patients post-RTSA with reference to the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
- Management of Acute Lower Back Pain (2024): Presentation to enhance clinical practice guidelines for conservative and post-op management of patients with Acute Lower Back Pain. Contents include patient assessment, risk stratification, introduction to types of analgesic medication and the application of manual therapy. Participants were also taught how to apply the biopsychosocial model for chronic lower back pain patients who have developed an episode of acute lower back pain.
Innovation Grant Application for Physiotherapy

- Lead the successful CAPE $20,000 grant application to develop a physiotherapy bot for triaging low back pain patients, aimed at improving healthcare access and care allocation. The grant process involved conducting literature reviews, defining problem statements, collaborating with external vendors, liaising with medical staff from Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation Medicine Specialties, leveraging expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), patient triaging and telerehabilitation.
